Delivery

• P&P is a flat rate of £1.99 on orders under £30. Over £30 P&P is Free.

• For European or International orders please contact us prior to placing your order for shipping costs.

• Cre8tive Online aims to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Whilst we endeavour to keep the online store as up-to-date as possible, there may be items that are out of stock when we receive your order. Your order may be delayed if items are not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and Cre8tive Online may not be able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.

• If part of your order depends upon the availability of one or more other items, please advise us of this.

• We will contact you for advice should availability be a problem. In the worst case scenario please allow 28 days for delivery if you receive no communication from Cre8tive Online.

• The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

• Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Cre8tive Online has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.

• For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 10th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'In stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December.

Returns

• You may withdraw from the contract at any time but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product by:

a) sending the notice of cancellation by email to info@cre8tiveonline.co.uk ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number;

or

b) where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to cre8tiveonline unopened together with the original invoice. Cre8tive Online will refund you the purchase price of the goods.

• Once Cre8tive Online receive the goods in the condition that they were in when delivered to you, any sum debited to Cre8tive Online from your card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

• You will be liable for any charges incurred in returning the goods to Cre8tive Online. Cre8tive Online reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.

• In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Cre8tive Online shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Cre8tive Online of the problem in writing within 10 working days of delivery of the goods.
